NOTIFICATION OF PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS

INTERCHANGEABLE CORES

In an ongoing effort to promote and enhance the GMS product line, we are pleased to announce that the following finishes will be offered for all Interchangeable Cores effective immediately: US3, US4, US10B, US26 and US26D

US26	US10B	US3

**Please note US3 and US10B cores will have a US4 plug and US26 cores will have a US26D plug.

This enhancement to our IC core product category will allow GMS to offer a better, more complete array of finishes to you, our customer.

KEYS FOR ZERO-BITTED (OB) CYLINDERS

In an effort to streamline our operations, keys for zero-bitted (OB) cylinders in all keyways will now come UNCUT along the blade instead of the standard #1 cuts.

All OB cylinders will still be pinned up with #1 bottom pins. However, the keys in the box must be cut before they can operate the cylinder.

This change will allow GMS to improve our overall production time by eliminating an unnecessary process.

Flange bolts for DBK and DBI series Deadbolt
When ordering the complete DBK and DBI series deadbolt, a different version of the flange bolt is included from that of the DBM series deadbolt. The bolt-front of matching finish is riveted to the bolt for improved strength instead of being separate (see picture). When ordering flange bolts individually, please specify between these 2 types of flange bolts.

When ordering flange bolts and fronts separately,
     DB-F1
     DB-FRONT26D

When ordering bolts of riveted front,
     DB-F126D

If desired, flange bolts of un-riveted fronts may be specified when ordering complete DBK and DBI series deadbolts.

There is no difference between the drive-in bolts used for all 3 series of deadbolts.

K002 Arrow Style Knob and Lever Cylinders
Installation instructions have been added to the K002 Knob Cylinders to clarify the tail piece installation procedure.
